My Love of YA Books

Beth Revis is giving away a huge pile of Signed books on her site and wants to know why do we love YA Books.

It seems like that over the past few years YA as a genre has skyrocketed in the amounts of varieties of books and authors who write them. When I was a teen there were some good teen reads but not to the awesomeness extent that there is today. Not to mention the books are more gripping, more in depth, and way more realistic and i'm sure more teens are able to relate to the YA novels of today.

Overall I just love the worlds that are created in YA books, the emotions seem so much more raw and real, and I love escaping into worlds such as The Infernal Devices Series by Cassandra Clare and Daughter of Smoke and Bone by Laini Taylor.
